Join us on Saturday, July 24th from 6-8 pm on a journey across a sonic landscape of groovin' beats and lush atmospherics. The journey starts with an hour and a half of asana to live DJ mixing and flows into a 30 min sonic meditation/savasana.
In the yoga portion of the workshop, I will lead you to new depth and in the meditative portion of the workshop, DJ HyFi will be layering and mixing ambient sounds to create a smooth soundscape that will transport you to another dimension.
