Salutation Nation Celebrates Yoga
"About 100 people admired the view at Burlington’s North Beach on Saturday morning from a new perspective — upside down.The grassy field next to the beach pavilion was for one crisp, sunny hour an outdoor yoga studio open to all comers ready to practice their headstands and downward dog poses during a free event called Salutation Nation.
And come they did, with their rubber mats, stretchy clothing and appreciation for yoga and the winsome composition of lake, mountains and clouds on display before them.
“We are very blessed — if everyone could spend Saturday morning like this, the world would be a pretty good place,” yoga instructor Jane Jarecki-Lanza said to the crowd." Continue to Read this article...
